Built on 25 years of hospitality
For more than 25 years, Mohammad Salmani has built his career around restaurants, banquet halls and memorable hospitality experiences across Iran, Dubai and Vancouver.
From large-scale celebrations and banquet operations to modern restaurant dining, his approach has always been rooted in generous Persian hospitality, disciplined service and food prepared with care.
Today, as the founder of Miraas Restaurant & Bar, Mohammad brings that international experience to Vancouver—creating welcoming spaces where authentic Persian flavours, thoughtful service and meaningful gatherings come together.
