Exclusive bookings only, at Miraas West Vancouver. Capacity is up to 50 guests.

40-guest minimum

The minimum charge is equivalent to 40 guests. If fewer attend, the remaining prepared meals are packed for you.

Monday–Thursday

Dates are subject to availability and confirmed directly with our team.

3 hours

Your event time is agreed in advance. Any requested changes are discussed when we prepare your quote.

Dining service: Portioned platter service (دیس پرسی). Additional guests above 40 are charged per person at the selected menu price, up to the 50-guest capacity. Menu prices are in CAD; taxes and service charge are additional. Optional décor and DJ service are quoted separately.

Yes. This service is for exclusive use of Miraas West Vancouver, with capacity for up to 50 guests. The minimum booking charge is equivalent to 40 guests.

The dishes and drinks listed in your selected menu. Taxes and service charge are added separately. Optional décor and DJ service are additional and agreed in advance.

Can we customise the food and the evening?

Yes. Dishes may be added or removed with a revised quote. Tell us about dietary needs, music, TV content, speeches and any gift-exchange plans while arranging your event.

Does submitting the form confirm our reservation?

No. Our team will confirm availability, your final menu, event timing, optional services and the total quote before a booking is confirmed.
